1. Data Collection and Processing

We only collect information necessary to operate the Platform and generate technical proposals. This includes: registration data (name, email, password), workspace data, uploaded files (RFP documents), and activity logs within the Platform. We do not collect payment data directly — it is processed through certified payment providers (PCI-DSS compliant).

2. Types of Data Collected

Personal Data: Full name, email address, optional phone number. Platform Data: Generated technical proposals, project descriptions, uploaded files. Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access logs, Platform page visits. Billing Data: Subscription information and payment records (managed by external provider).

3. AI Confidentiality

We are committed to never using RFP documents, generated proposals, or any input content to train public or third-party AI models. All your inputs and outputs are completely isolated within a per-tenant environment. We use AI models only to generate the requested content without storing or reusing data.

4. Data Security and Tenant Isolation

Meethaq employs an Isolated Tenant Database architecture where each client receives a completely independent database. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256. We comply with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines and adhere to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards. Security audits are conducted periodically by certified external parties.

5. Data Usage

We use your data solely for: Operating the Platform and delivering requested services, improving user experience and developing new features, sending service notifications and important updates, complying with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with: Certified technical service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) under Data Processing Agreements, Government and regulatory authorities upon legal request, Merger or acquisition entities in cases of business transfer. All providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and enterprise-grade security requirements.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for Platform operation (session and authentication cookies). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. You can manage your browser settings to reject cookies, but this may affect Platform functionality.

8. User Rights

You have the right to: Access all your personal data stored in the Platform, Correct any inaccurate data, Request deletion of your account and data permanently, Export your data in a structured format (JSON/CSV), Object to data processing for specific purposes. 9. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and generated content is permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain some anonymized data for aggregate analytics purposes. Security logs are retained for one year for compliance purposes.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for commercial and enterprise use only and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data about children. If we discover that we have collected a child's data inadvertently, we will delete it immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

All your data is stored within data centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not transfer data outside the Kingdom unless necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI providers) under Data Transfer Agreements compliant with Saudi regulations and GDPR.
