1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Meethaq (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice via email or within the Platform.
2. Scope of Service
Meethaq provides a cloud-based platform for generating technical proposals for enterprises (B2B) using artificial intelligence technologies. Services include: RFP document analysis, technical proposal generation, collaborative workspace management, PDF document export, and CRM system integrations. Services are intended for commercial and enterprise use only.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
A valid corporate account is required to use the Platform. Each account is linked to at least one workspace. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Plans and Billing
Meethaq offers three tiers: Starter (free), Pro (paid), and Enterprise (custom). Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals inclusive of VAT. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. We do not provide refunds except in specific cases as outlined in our refund policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content via the Platform remains your intellectual property. However, you bear full responsibility for reviewing and verifying this content before submitting it to clients. Meethaq does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content, and it should always be verified by qualified professionals.
6. Intellectual Property
Meethaq retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform, its software, and underlying technologies. Content generated by AI based on your input remains your property. Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of the Platform or its technologies is strictly prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Using the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes is prohibited. You may not use the Platform to create content that violates Saudi or international regulations. Attempting unauthorized access to the system, disrupting the service, or breaching Platform security is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or delete violating accounts without prior notice.
8. Data Security and Tenant Isolation
Meethaq is committed to complete isolation of each client's data through Isolated Tenant Database architecture. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 standards. Data is never shared between tenants in any form. We comply with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines and adhere to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
Meethaq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. To the maximum extent, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
Meethaq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time with written notice. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data is preserved for 30 days then permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from Platform usage is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Riyadh. We always seek to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or within the Platform 30 days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
